Great antenna! I currently live in Cleveland and will be moving to my new apartment in Columbus in November. I used to use RCA rabbit ear antenna and was only able to get 3 channels in Cleveland. After purchasing this antenna, it came one day early, and from getting 3 channels with my old antenna, I now have 19 channels. I can't wait to set this up in Columbus. The stated range is 50 miles and that is likely under the most ideal of conditions, however this is pulling in HD channels from about 32 miles away. Feel that this will last longer than some of the less expensive imported brands.

I bought this based on the reviews I read. I own a Mohu Leaf but wanted an antenna with a greater distance to pick up more signals This was so affordable, I thought I'd try it. It worked great for about a week, then it just stopped picking up signals. I rescanned several times and reattached it and rescanned and was only able to get 2 channels when I originally got over 30. Could have been just a defective item but I went with another Mohu Leaf and haven't had any issues.

it doesn't get the range it claims so careful if you want to pick up something close to the distance the antenna says it reaches. tried to pick up a stationed 38 miles away and the 50 mile antenna doesn't get it. the closer stations it picks up comes in good. very clear and good quality

Recieved average reception compared to my other digital antenna. Booster did not perform as well as expected for long range reception. Did not pick up signal 45 miles from home which my other one does.. Shorter cable than previous antenna. Must be used near AC outlet to utilize booster; which limits its placement, thus defeating the purpose of locating best reception.

Bought this to try and get some local broadcast TV as a I was tired of paying for cable TV as I watch it so infrequently.
Started out with the amplifier powered up; scanned and supposedly found 7 channels locally however after multiple attempts, all channels were unwatchable due to a poor signal quality. Got the same result when I tried this at another house we have about 70 miles away.
As I was packing it up to send it back, I unplugged the amplifier and Viola! 7 crystal clear channels!
Bottom line, this product achieved my goal but I'm not sure what the amplifier does except create problems.
Now, about the quality of the programming I get on these "free" channels...... Yikes!

This product is OK if you live in high lying areas. I don't so I only get minimal reception.
I use the antenna because I cannot afford to purchase from a major company on a fixed income.
It's well made but does not give me much.
Again, these antennas only work well if you live either in a high ground area, or near major antenna
broadcasting stations. I get PBS so I am happy with that.
I enjoy PBS programming and am happy to at least get that.

Was really hoping this product would work out given it had a usb powered amp, but I was sorely disappointed. Compared to my Terk powered antenna, this one only picked up 2 channels vs 20, and none of the 4 were a major network channel (used it on the same TV/location as my Terk). Pass on this and spend more money for a Terk and you will be better off. Note: I live in Chicago proper.

Does the job - crystal clear channels. Not sure if there’s any better out there but I live in Western Albany, NY (so a small metro area) and I get about 30 channels including some weird Asian karaoke channel. I don’t get any cable channels, not even low end ones because they all seem to be local. I was hoping to get some Spanish channels but before I bought the product I saw the nearest one is 90 miles away so I was just being hopeful. I got a lot more channels with stronger signals without the amplifier so I would recommend trying both ways.
